RackStart is a RackUnion program. Providers set eligibility requirements and decide underwriting, terms and approval.

BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE

The details, when you need them.

Exact requirements and transaction terms.

01Don’t have an offtake agreement?

That is a starting point for a conversation. Share your business, deployment plan and funding needs. RackStart routes consented prospects for review. It does not remove provider requirements or promise financing without an offtake agreement.

02Prepare a review-ready opportunity.

The equipment and the operator both matter. Providers decide underwriting, pricing, terms and approval.

  • Business identity and authorized signer.
  • US installation site and verified power access.
  • Equipment configuration, condition evidence and expected transaction size.
  • Funding need and information requested by the provider.
  • At least three years in business, or owner personal-guarantee eligibility, for buyer qualification.
03Review first. Bid when funding is cleared.

A financing prospect may enter a data room and submit an indication of interest. A binding bid requires lender clearance for the required amount, completed buyer qualification and bid security.

RackStart is a RackUnion program, not a separate company. RackUnion does not provide loans or guarantee approval, revenue or returns.

04Your information moves with your consent.

Each introduction shows the exact information to be shared and asks for separate consent. RackUnion may receive provider compensation. Customers are not required to use a referred provider.

See Partner Disclosures. Provider-specific notices and transaction-specific disclosures appear in the application workflow.
