01Provider compensation.+
RackUnion may receive compensation from financing, insurance, certification, or other service providers when customers choose their services. Provider decisions and terms are independent. Customers are not required to use a referred provider.
02Disclosure at the point of introduction.+
Before a referral, you will see the information to be shared and a request for separate consent. RackUnion may receive compensation if you enter into a transaction with the provider. Provider-specific notices appear in the provider’s workflow.
Provider names and compensation amounts are not published on general marketing pages. Additional detail appears when required in the relevant workflow.
03The auction fee is separate.+
Financing and insurance compensation is separate from the auction fee. RackUnion does not take shipment-based logistics compensation at launch. Buyers choose and contract directly with their carrier.

Voltry provides dated equipment condition evidence and does not set or endorse prices. RackUnion is not the lender, insurer, carrier, escrow provider or equipment warrantor. Referrals do not guarantee funding or coverage.
