BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE

The details, when you need them.

Exact requirements and transaction terms.

01A clear path from interest to a bid.

Start with public equipment summaries. Request a data room when you are ready to review the detail.

  • Browse configuration, quantity, grade distribution and deployment readiness.
  • Request data-room access with company details, authorized signer, US site, intended use and a signed NDA.
  • Become bid-ready with business verification, site readiness, funding review, screening, terms and bid security.
02Bring your own capital. Or explore RackStart.

Self-fund, work with your existing lender, or request a financing introduction. A financing prospect may review a data room and indicate interest. Binding bids require lender clearance for the required amount.

Provider terms and approval decisions are independent. Financing approval does not replace bid security.

03Know the obligations before you bid.

Only approved bidders submit binding bids. Competing bid amounts remain private. Winning buyers must fund escrow within two business days.

  • Bid security is 2% of your maximum bid, with a $5,000 minimum and $50,000 maximum.
  • A third party holds bid security. It is credited toward a purchase and refunded to non-winning buyers.
  • No buyer premium. Taxes, insurance, delivery and financing costs depend on the transaction.
  • Equipment is sold as-is and where-is. Certification is a dated condition record, not a warranty.
